There is Absolutely No Call Out Charge for Home Users.
Just because your Computer might be old doesn't mean we can't fix it. We are sure we can fix most (latest figures in October to Novemebr 08 99% fix rate) of all computers regardless of age and or software compatibility. Our aim is to fix your pc or laptop in situ, where it is now, so there is no need to worry about where all those wires go, or do we need the monitor, or how heavy it is, or where to park the car. You don't expect to have to pick up and transport the fridge-freezer to get it fixed so why would you with your computer. Get in touch and we will see what we can do. If we cannot fix it we charge you nothing.
For the Business User we have dropped our Call Our Rates to the excellent same price as our home users on the Break Fix support.
