Remote support is available to all; you only need an internet connection. You can earn £10.00 for every Break/fix remote session customer you have referred to us. Once per month you will receive a cheque or use PayPal, or keep it in credit for a new laptop, or new computer from our on line store, we have over 300 types of Laptop, netbook and branded pc ready for next day delivery. You can also use these credits to fund your own remote support subscription.

Each Break/fix session costs £30.00 (you can earn this back by referring friends and family) and can last for a couple of hours to get everything back up and running how it should. A subription can be bought from only £8.00 per month per machine per year, if you have more than 1 pc or laptop the costs go down further saving you more. For trouble free computer use we recommend a subription.

Training sessions can also be done via remote control; we can show you how to use your email, Facebook, YouTube, download movies, convert music and video, the list is endless. A training session normally lasts for one hour and costs £30.00

Getting paid for referring your friends and colleagues? If you refer a friend we will refund you £10 from your remote session. How? First you must purchase a remote session and we will give you a personal ID tag. When you recommend a friend they let us know your ID tag and you will be paid via cheque, or PayPal if preferred, or use it as credit.

Once per month your ID will be checked for paid referrals, if any are found on your account you will earn £10 for each one.

You could use these referrals to get your PC fixed for free. Think about it. You pay £30.00 to obtain a remote session and refer 3 people who also have a remote session; your session has cost you nothing. At the end of the month you will have earned £30.00.

Starting a remote session:

You must have an internet connection before we can remote your PC. If you do not have an internet connection we will have to do a site visit. Site visits are booked in advance and the waiting lists are long, normally we would need a few days’ notice before we can fit you in.

The cost is £8.00 per month, or £90 per year if paid in advance. We also include Bullguard Security Suite V10 and 5GB online storage, we also install other quality software to assist in the service of your pc.

So what do we do? Every month we contact you to arrange the remote session, (or you schedule a time and date in advance) we then remote in and compete the following tasks:

Full Maware Scan, Deep registry fix, System optimisation, scan and repair invalid shortcuts, privacy sweep to erase all activity and history, Clean up junk files and recover hard disk space, passive defence to prevent all known virus' and malware from getting into the system, Full hard disc scan to detect and fix hear disc errors, scan and fix windows vulnerabilities including windows updates, java and flash updates, office updates, and lastly a full hard disc defragment to improve pc performance. We also install other tools to assist in the clean, optimize and repair of your PC.

Each month tasks last for a couple hours and will not inconvinience you.
